Here you will find the status of your order.
If your order Status is Processing, this means that payment has been taken, your order has gone through and is waiting for Warehouse Processing.
If your order Status is Warehouse Processing, this means that the Warehouse now has your order and are processing it.
From this point, your order should take approximately 2-3 working days to process
During the very busy weeks of summer, online orders could take up to 10 working days to process.

If it has surpassed the timeframe given on the Delivery page and your order has not yet moved to Status Complete, Backorder or Ready for Store Collection, you can fill out the form on the Contact Us page, include your Order number and we will check what may be delaying your order.
If your order status is Backorder, this means that the bulk of your order has been sent but there are items not currently in stock.
We will send you an email with the items that are on Backorder and will also include a note with your delivery.
Any remaining items on back order will be dispatched as soon they arrive back in stock. We also update the title description of most items we are waiting on with the availability times we have received from the suppliers.
So for up to date availability times you can navigate to the title by searching it on our website, or there may be the option to "Notify me when this product is in stock"
If your order status is Complete, this means your full order has been shipped with our couriers GLS.

If your status is Ready for Store Collection, this means your order has now reached the store you chose to collect from.
When you arrive in store, please be aware, there is no specific collection point for collecting orders. There may be a queue when you arrive, please join the queue and a member of staff will retrieve your order using the order number from the email confirmation you received.

Once you have received your order please check your items against the invoice
We suggest that before you pack away your items and enjoy the summer, you double check your order against your school booklist to ensure you have everything needed for the coming school year.
All orders placed online, even for store collection, are processed in our warehouse.
