If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchases, you may return it to us within 21 days. Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact).
Items may be returned within 21 days in exchange for the cost of the item not including shipping costs. Refunds will be processed when the item is returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the returning product/s have been received in perfect re-sellable condition, we will issue the refund back onto the original payment card. The payment will leave our account straight away, but depending on the bank/payment method, this can take up to 10 days for it to clear. This delay is totally at your bank's discretion. Upon delivery, please check the contents of your delivery and inform us of any discrepancies at the earliest opportunity. If you are returning a product due to an error by High Street Books, we will refund your return postage costs to your payment card.
If you are returning an item which was ordered incorrectly, you will be responsible for the postage costs.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. Following our inspection, we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund).
Please include a copy of your invoice or order number with your return.
If we have sent you the wrong item in error we will cover the postage costs.
