You can order online and select the Store Collection option at checkout.
If this option is selected, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and store details.
A second email will be sent as soon as your order has arrived in the nominated store and is ready for collection. When you arrive in store, please be aware, there is no specific collection point for collecting orders. There may be a queue when you arrive, please join the queue and a member of staff will retrieve your order using the order number from your email confirmation you received. You can also find your order number by checking the Order History on your account.
All orders placed online, even for store collection, are processed in our warehouse.

Staff in our HSB stores do not fill any online orders and can only see the order number and your name for collection purposes.
Alternatively, if you would prefer not to shop online you also have the option of Emailing Your Booklist. Our store staff will pick the list for you!
When you have submitted your form, you will get an email from us letting you know we have received your order. *Please check you have received this email to ensure your request has gone through.
Once received, we will pass the order onto the selected store to start working on.
Please allow 1 to 2 working days to fill your order.
A staff member from the nominated shop will contact you with an order number as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please keep note of this order number for collection.

We are unable to give you the total cost before collection as your order is not scanned through the till until you arrive and we make sure you are happy with everything.
Alternatively, you can call in-store with your booklist and a staff member will assist you.

During our quieter times our stores are happy to reserve a book for you. Please give your chosen store a call and they will put the book aside for you and hold it for up to 3 days. Items not collected will go back into stock.
